Job Summary: As a QA – Manual Testing, Automation Testing professional, you will play a vital role in the software development process by conducting rigorous testing to ensure that our products meet high-quality standards. You will be responsible for performing both manual and automated testing to identify defects, verify functionality, and validate the overall performance of our software solutions. Your experience and expertise in testing methodologies, test case design, and test automation will be essential in contributing to the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manual Testing: Execute comprehensive manual testing to validate software functionalities, identify defects, and ensure a seamless user experience.
2. Automation Testing: Develop and execute automated test scripts using suitable automation tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
3. Test Case Design: Create detailed and well-structured test cases based on requirements and technical specifications to achieve thorough test coverage.
4. Defect Reporting and Tracking: Document and report defects in a clear and concise manner. Work closely with the development team to facilitate defect resolution and track defects through their lifecycle.
5. Test Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the QA team to develop test strategies, test plans, and test schedules, ensuring comprehensive testing across different phases of the software development life cycle.
6. Test Data Management: Create and manage test data to support various testing scenarios and ensure the integrity of testing activities.
7. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to validate the impact of code changes on existing functionalities.
8. Continuous Improvement: Continuously explore opportunities to enhance the testing process, improve testing efficiency, and promote best practices within the QA team.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Relevant Experience: Proven 3 to 4 years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
3. Testing Expertise: Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case design, and the software development life cycle.
4. Manual Testing Skills: Proficiency in manual testing techniques, defect identification, and test execution.
5. Automation Testing Skills: Hands-on experience in creating and executing automated test scripts using automation tools.
6. Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address software defects effectively.
7. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
8. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to document test cases, test results, and defects accurately.
