Responsibilities:

Manual QA Testers:

• Develop and execute manual test cases to validate software functionality and identify defects.
• Conduct thorough functional, regression, and system testing to ensure product quality.
• Document test results, defects, and testing progress for effective reporting and tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders, to ensure clear understanding of requirements and effective test coverage.
• Participate in test planning, test case preparation, and test execution activities.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in manual testing methodologies.

Automation QA Testers:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using automation frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement appropriate automation strategies.
• Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify and report defects.
• Participate in test case development, test data creation, and test environment setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of automation efforts with project goals.
• Continuously enhance automation frameworks and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools in automation testing.

Requirements:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing or Automation Testing, as per the position applied for.
• Experience in functional, regression, and system testing for Manual QA positions.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automation scripts for Automation QA positions.
• Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
