Position: QA Lead

Company Overview:
We are currently hiring for the position of QA Lead on a full-time basis. As a company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions, we are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Lead with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the software testing domain. If you are a leader with a strong background in Manual Testing, Test Automation using Java Selenium WebDriver and TestNG, API Testing using Postman, and SQL, we encourage you to apply for this position. Responsibilities:
As a QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Your leadership experience and expertise in various testing methodologies and tools will be crucial in managing a QA team and delivering high-quality products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Lead and manage a QA team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand testing requirements and set clear goals for the team.
- Manual Testing: Utilize your experience in Manual Testing to write test cases and test plans, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Test Automation: Design and implement Test Automation frameworks using Java Selenium WebDriver and TestNG to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- API Testing: Conduct API Testing using tools like Postman, Rest, and Swagger to verify API functionality and integration.
- SQL Expertise: Apply your knowledge of SQL to perform database testing and validate data integrity.
- Team Management: Lead a QA team of at least 5 engineers, ensuring effective collaboration, performance management, and continuous skill development.
- CI/CD Pipeline: Experience with CICD pipelines like Azure DevOps or CircleCI will be advantageous.
- Test Management Tools: Familiarity with Azure TFS and TestRail will be beneficial.
- Mobile Automation: Experience with Appium for Mobile Automation (iOS and Android) will be considered a plus.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a QA Lead role.
- Strong expertise in Manual Testing, including test case and test plan creation.
- Proficiency in designing Test Automation frameworks using Java Selenium WebDriver and TestNG.
- Experience in API Testing using tools like Postman, Rest, and Swagger.
- Solid understanding of SQL for database testing and data validation.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a QA team of at least 5 engineers.
- Familiarity with CICD pipelines, such as Azure DevOps or CircleCI, is a plus.
- Knowledge of test management tools like Azure TFS and TestRail is desirable.
- Experience with Appium for Mobile Automation (iOS and Android) will be considered advantageous.
