Job Overview: As a Quality Analyst at Minds Tasks Technology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality inspections, audits, and tests to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections, audits, and tests to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and establish quality benchmarks.
- Document and report quality issues, defects, and testing progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with QA databases and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle.
- Relevant certifications in quality assurance are a plus.
