Location: Ramanujan IT City, Chennai, and MindSpace Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
Experience: Relevant experience of 3 to 4 years is required
Work Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM IST
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days
Thryve Digital Health LLP is currently hiring Manual Testing Engineers with expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) Testing. We are seeking individuals with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience for this position. The job location options include Ramanujan IT City, Chennai, and MindSpace Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad.
Skill Sets:
- Candidate should have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Manual Testing, specifically in Identity Access Management (IAM) Testing.
- Strong communication skills are required to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of Identity Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Review requirements and design documents to create comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Execute test cases and document test results, including defects and issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and test case reviews.
- Adhere to testing best practices and methodologies to ensure consistent and high-quality results.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Manual Testing, with a focus on Identity Access Management (IAM) Testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in creating test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and experience in logging and tracking defects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry-standard testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
