Qualification and Skills
- Planning and organising skills are essential to ensure all SLAs are achieved
- Delivery focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be competent in using the Google suite
- Good basic numeracy skills
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrate both strong results focus and sensitive people skills
- Be flexible and open to change
- May be required to work weekends as part of a shift rota.
Responsibilities
- Planning and organising the coding team to ensure SLAs are achieved
- Report problems to line Manager and help to resolve them
- Analyse quality and productivity reports to ensure targets are met
- Provide feedback to the coding team
- Assist Manager in ensuring the team are constantly improving
- Identifying problem areas and deliver training
- Able to help with basic processing tasks if needed
- Liaise with the Quality Control and Reference Data teams to ensure rules are being adhered to and look for areas for improvement
- Plan cross training across different SLA groups to ensure the team are able to cover when volumes are higher than expected or resource is low
- Ensure documentation is kept up to date
- Ensure IT issues are raised appropriately
- Assist Manager when planning team meetings
- Recommend enhancements, and changes to software and applications to make processes more efficient and eliminate data quality risks.
- Recommend guideline reviews based on analysis of data inputs and research reports.
- Communicate any production delays or delivery gaps to product leadership and all other stakeholders and downstream partners.
- Provide support for other Ad Intel deliverables across other media as needed.
- Coordinate training and re-training efforts for associates on team.
- Coach and mentor direct reports.
