N.B. This is a golden opportunity for those who wants to undergo a Transformation from Manual to Automation tester (Preference is for Delhi/NCR candidates)
Job Description:
Person should be very good in Manual & Automated ways of testing, with below Mandatory and Desirable skills
[Mandatory Skills – At least 3 areas]
- Designing Test cases from User Stories and it’s creating BDD scenarios for Automation
- Maintaining Traceability & ensuring Test Coverage
- Experience on conducting Integration testing & System testing (Functional & Non-Functional Tests) over Web and Mobile platforms
- Automation of Functional Test cases with hands-on past experience on Framework implementation
- Past experience on Performance testing, Sizing & profiling of Web-based applications
- Test Metrics & Reporting for their team members
- Tools exposure: TestLink, JIRA, Jenkins, Cypress, Selenium, TestSigma, Appium, JMeter, Grafana, Prometheus
[Desirable Skills]
- Good communication skills
- Exposure on Agile practices & DevOps
- Experience on testing HR Products / HR Domain
- Experience on at least one programming / scripting language
