Secure AI Labs enables unprecedented security and scale permissioning and tracking sensitive data in healthcare. Our federated learning software allows data scientists to train predictive models and glean insights, while maintaining the privacy of the data as well as intellectual property of the analysis & code. Because data is never transferred, analysis can be conducted while data owners maintain complete ownership of the data using hardware-backed security deployed easily via Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc. The company is founded by researchers and professors from MIT and headquartered in Cambridge, MA.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Create test plans for upcoming features by analyzing product requirements
- Run test plans for upcoming features to completion
- Formally communicate test results with Engineering team
- Write detailed bug reports when issues are discovered
- Implement test automation, including generation of automated tests using test tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- Apply critical thinking to ensure tests cover failure and success paths; reiterate tests, such as regression testing, as needed to cover additional paths
- Proactive and independently identify areas for manual inputs in testing protocols and execute them as needed
- Additional duties regarding creating and executing testing plans as required
- Required Experience
- Knowledge of and experience working with: Python, C++, C#
- Comfortable using Unix and Windows-based operating systems to perform day-to-day operations
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to give candid and respectful feedback
- Strong skills in collaboration, time management, and attention to detail
- Experience writing automated scripts in a professional setting
- Preferred Experience
- Background with products whose priorities include Security
- Experience creating and running Docker containers
- Working with directly with customers, internal or external
- Experience working with Jenkins, Pytest, Selenium
- Experience working in an Agile environment

Salary Range
$75,000 – $85,000 + Equity + Bonus
