Job Description

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MCA.
• Should have 5.5 to 7.5 years of IT experience in software test automation
• Good in Root cause analysis and Debugging
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Should be a good team player who enjoys collaborating with others
• Expected to be 100% Individual Contributor
• Expert knowledge on Object Oriented Programming concepts and Design Patterns
• Hands on knowledge on TestNG framework
• Working knowledge in REST API automation.
• Expert knowledge in Core Java with Selenium
• Experience in working with Dynamo DB
• Hands on knowledge in developing Continuous Integration pipelines (CI/CD) using Jenkins
• Experience with Git/Git Hub or other version control tools

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient Testing practices
• Participate in Planning meetings and ensure quality at all levels of SDLC
• Provide Testing and Automation Strategy for newly developed Features
• Provide estimates for the Testing related tasks.
• Develop test plans, test environment and test scenarios for new product features
• Write API & UI automated tests
• Conduct Test plan and Code reviews to ensure the quality of Test Cases, Test coverage and Automation Code
• Increase Automation confidence by reducing random test failures
• Work in an agile team along with developers
• Introduce and promote best practices to other team members
• Identify QA Risk and Mitigation Plans and ensure product delivery as per the release timeline
