Qualification and Skills

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed test plan that outlines the testing scope, objectives, and test cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify testing requirements.
• Create test cases that cover various aspects of the migration, including data accuracy, functionality, and workflows.
• Ensure test cases are comprehensive and aligned with project requirements.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data migrated from Oracle Eloqua to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Identify and report any data inconsistencies or issues.
• Execute functional tests to ensure that campaign workflows, email templates, and other features in Salesforce Marketing Cloud function as expected.
• Validate that marketing automation tasks can be performed seamlessly.
• Conduct performance tests to assess the platform’s responsiveness and stability under different load conditions.
• Identify and report any performance bottlenecks.
• Perform regression tests to ensure that existing functionalities in Salesforce Marketing Cloud remain unaffected by the migration.
• Detect and report any regressions or unexpected changes.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
• Implement automation frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Document and report defects and issues discovered during testing.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution and retesting.
