Qualification and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
A minimum of 5 to 9 years of proven professional experience is required.
Previous experience in quality assurance and testing, particularly in migration projects.
Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, especially Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Develop a detailed test plan that outlines the testing scope, objectives, and test cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify testing requirements.
Create test cases that cover various aspects of the migration, including data accuracy, functionality, and workflows.
Ensure test cases are comprehensive and aligned with project requirements.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data migrated from Oracle Eloqua to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Identify and report any data inconsistencies or issues.
Execute functional tests to ensure that campaign workflows, email templates, and other features in Salesforce Marketing Cloud function as expected.
Validate that marketing automation tasks can be performed seamlessly.
Conduct performance tests to assess the platform’s responsiveness and stability under different load conditions.
Identify and report any performance bottlenecks.
Perform regression tests to ensure that existing functionalities in Salesforce Marketing Cloud remain unaffected by the migration.
Detect and report any regressions or unexpected changes.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
Implement automation frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency.
Document and report defects and issues discovered during testing.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution and retesting.
