Position Overview: As a ServiceNow Manual Tester at Globant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow implementations. You will be responsible for manual testing activities, including test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. - Manual Testing: Perform thorough manual testing of ServiceNow applications to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Test Case Design: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and user stories.
- Test Execution: Execute manual test cases to validate ServiceNow functionalities and features.
- Defect Tracking: Log and track defects discovered during testing using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Test Reporting: Prepare comprehensive test reports, including test results, defect summaries, and recommendations for improvement.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Apply your expertise in ServiceNow testing to assess integration, functionality, and user experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities.
Required Skills:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in manual testing.
