Position: Senior Quality Engineer (Manual+Automation)
Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to ensure the highest quality of our fintech software solutions.
- Utilize test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Appium to streamline the testing process and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to understand project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct thorough testing of financial services applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and methodologies.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support in testing best practices and technical skills.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on testing progress, issues, and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in quality engineering and fintech.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Strong technical skills in testing methodologies, test automation, and software development practices.
- Proficiency in using test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Appium.
- In-depth understanding of the financial services industry and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
