Position: Senior Firmware Test Enginee

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Requirements:

• Solid experience in firmware testing and validation of complex systems.
• Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test automation software.
• Strong knowledge of UI testing, test automation development, requirements review, test planning, and network protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering groups, team leads, and product management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering groups, team leads, and product management to ensure that the software meets the defined product requirements.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug test software and product interactions.
• Develop software to automate test tasks, improving testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Set up test network environments for devices under test.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and improvements.
• Suggest fixes and improvements to enhance product quality and performance.
• Report project status, activities, and plans to team leads and management.
