Position: Salesforce Quality Analyst
Location: Hyderabad (Work from office)
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Quality Analyst to join our Delivery team. As a Salesforce QA, you will play a key role in executing functional and non-functional testing for the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include designing, creating, executing, and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts. We are looking for someone with expertise in the latest tools, best practices, QA methods, and SAFe Agile delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Write test cases and create test plans documentation.
- Perform unit, functional, smoke, integration, and regression testing.
- Ensure that business requirements are mapped to functional specifications and have sufficient test coverage.
- Collaborate with the development team and key business users in Agile development projects, attending scrum review meetings, and developing targeted test plans and cases.
- Assist in defining and implementing improvements to testing and quality processes.
- Analyze requirements, develop a test strategy and test plan, build and execute manual and automated test cases, track defects, and report results.
- Provide guidance to a small team of testers, ensuring adherence to best practices for QA and tracking progress for automated and manual testing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of QA experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience on a Salesforce implementation project through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Vlocity.
- Experience with the latest tools, best practices, QA methods, and SAFe Agile delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
