Job Description:

As a Salesforce Manual Tester at Test Yantra Software Solution Pvt Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. Your expertise in Salesforce testing, API testing, and database testing will be instrumental in delivering top-notch solutions to our clients. Here are the key responsibilities for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications to ensure that they meet specified requirements and perform as expected.
2. SFDC Testing: Verify the functionality, usability, and performance of Salesforce applications and features.
3. API Testing: Test Salesforce APIs to ensure proper functionality, data integration, and compatibility with other systems.
4. Database Testing: Validate the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data stored in Salesforce databases.
5. Jira: Utilize Jira for test case management, defect tracking, and project management.
6. Test Planning: Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts that cover all aspects of Salesforce testing.
7. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing Salesforce features.
8. Defect Identification: Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and deviations from established quality standards.
9. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure the highest quality of Salesforce applications.
10. Test Reporting: Prepare and present test reports, including defect status and testing progress, to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce testing.
2. Salesforce Testing: Expertise in Salesforce testing methodologies and best practices.
3. API Testing: Proficiency in API testing to ensure data integration and compatibility.
4. Database Testing: Strong knowledge of database testing, including data validation and SQL queries.
5. Jira: Familiarity with Jira for test case management and defect tracking.
6. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring thorough and accurate testing.
7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report defects and testing results.
