We are currently seeking experienced Salesforce Manual QA & Automation QA Professionals to join our dynamic team. Role and Responsibilities:
- Manual Testing: Perform comprehensive manual testing of Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. This includes reviewing requirements, designing test cases, executing test scripts, and documenting test results.
- Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans and strategies that align with project objectives. Identify testing scope, define test coverage, and ensure test cases are aligned with business requirements.
- Test Execution: Execute test cases, identify defects, and report issues using defect tracking tools. Perform regression testing to ensure the stability and integrity of the Salesforce applications. Contribute to test automation efforts for efficient and effective testing.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain test automation scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automation strategies to increase test coverage and productivity.
- Test Documentation: Create and maintain test artifacts, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data. Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible to the team.
- Defect Management: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot defects. Work closely with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest testing trends, methodologies, and tools. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the overall quality assurance process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce manual testing and test automation.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Proficient in creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
- Experience in test planning, test estimation, and test strategy development.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience in test automation using industry-standard tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Salesforce-specific automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and the ability to write complex queries for data validation.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Quality Center.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
