Position: Quality Analyst
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop comprehensive test cases, test plans, and QA documentation for different projects.
- Perform testing activities using various methodologies, including white box, black box, and manual testing.
- Conduct UI/UX quality testing to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Test digital marketing channels, with a focus on email and eDetail, to ensure their functionality and effectiveness.
- Utilize email testing tools such as Email on Acid or Litmus to verify the quality of email campaigns.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the software solutions being tested.
- Execute test plans, analyze results, and report any issues or defects discovered during testing.
- Utilize Excel skills to create reports, work with formulas, and employ pivot tables for data analysis and presentation.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business processes and requirements related to the projects being tested.
- Maintain flexibility in working different shifts to accommodate project requirements.
- Clearly communicate findings, issues, and recommendations both in written and verbal formats.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in testing methodologies, including white box, black box, and manual testing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience in conducting UI/UX quality testing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, especially email and eDetail.
- Hands-on experience with email testing tools like Email on Acid or Litmus.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the technical aspects of the software solutions being tested.
- Ability to create and execute test plans effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting purposes, including working with formulas and pivot tables.
- Solid understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts as required by project needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
