Position: Quality Analyst

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop comprehensive test cases, test plans, and QA documentation for different projects.
• Perform testing activities using various methodologies, including white box, black box, and manual testing.
• Conduct UI/UX quality testing to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Test digital marketing channels, with a focus on email and eDetail, to ensure their functionality and effectiveness.
• Utilize email testing tools such as Email on Acid or Litmus to verify the quality of email campaigns.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the software solutions being tested.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, and report any issues or defects discovered during testing.
• Utilize Excel skills to create reports, work with formulas, and employ pivot tables for data analysis and presentation.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business processes and requirements related to the projects being tested.
• Maintain flexibility in working different shifts to accommodate project requirements.
• Clearly communicate findings, issues, and recommendations both in written and verbal formats.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in testing methodologies, including white box, black box, and manual testing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience in conducting UI/UX quality testing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, especially email and eDetail.
• Hands-on experience with email testing tools like Email on Acid or Litmus.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the technical aspects of the software solutions being tested.
• Ability to create and execute test plans effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting purposes, including working with formulas and pivot tables.
• Solid understanding of business processes and requirements.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts as required by project needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
