Position: QA Test Engineer (Manual Tester) – Life Insurance Domain

Job Description:

Greetings from Test Yantra Software Solutions! We are currently seeking an experienced QA Test Engineer with expertise in manual testing and a strong background in the life insurance domain.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing of web applications, focusing on the life insurance domain.
• Utilize your knowledge of Life and Annuity Insurance to contribute effectively to insurance projects and policy administration systems.
• Create test plans and test strategy documents to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Execute test cases and document test evidence to support the verification of system functionality.
• Develop a solid understanding of products and processes within the life insurance domain.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in written form, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Apply industry-specific knowledge and considerations to deliver high-quality testing solutions.
• Perform testing activities, including test planning, regression testing, and preparation of test plans.
• Interact with insurance customers and clients, demonstrating excellent client-facing and analytical skills.

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in manual testing.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the Life Insurance domain.
• Familiarity with Life and Annuity Insurance projects and Policy Admin systems.
• Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test strategy documents.
• Proven experience in executing test cases and documenting test evidence.
• Good understanding of life insurance products and processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry-specific considerations related to life insurance.
• Previous experience in testing, including regression testing and test plan preparation.
• Ability to handle insurance customers and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
