Job Description:
Greetings from Test Yantra Software Solutions! We are currently seeking an experienced QA Test Engineer with expertise in manual testing and a strong background in the life insurance domain.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of web applications, focusing on the life insurance domain.
- Utilize your knowledge of Life and Annuity Insurance to contribute effectively to insurance projects and policy administration systems.
- Create test plans and test strategy documents to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Execute test cases and document test evidence to support the verification of system functionality.
- Develop a solid understanding of products and processes within the life insurance domain.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in written form, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Apply industry-specific knowledge and considerations to deliver high-quality testing solutions.
- Perform testing activities, including test planning, regression testing, and preparation of test plans.
- Interact with insurance customers and clients, demonstrating excellent client-facing and analytical skills.
Requirements:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in manual testing.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the Life Insurance domain.
- Familiarity with Life and Annuity Insurance projects and Policy Admin systems.
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test strategy documents.
- Proven experience in executing test cases and documenting test evidence.
- Good understanding of life insurance products and processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific considerations related to life insurance.
- Previous experience in testing, including regression testing and test plan preparation.
- Ability to handle insurance customers and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
