As a QA Manual & Automation Testing Engineer at TetriQ Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and performance of our software solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass both manual and automation testing, utilizing your proficiency in Python, Selenium, and your knowledge of AI and ML technologies. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manual and Automation Testing: Execute comprehensive manual and automation testing of software applications to identify defects, validate functionality, and ensure optimal performance.
  2. Test Case Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain effective test cases, scenarios, and scripts that cover a wide range of testing scenarios.
  3. Automation Scripting: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium, optimizing test coverage and enhancing the efficiency of testing processes.
  4. AI and ML Integration: Leverage your understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts to design and execute tests that validate AI/ML-driven features and functionalities.
  5. Defect Identification and Reporting: Accurately identify, document, and report defects and anomalies using established defect tracking systems, working closely with development teams to ensure effective resolution.
  6. Regression Testing: Conduct regular regression testing to validate software enhancements and changes while ensuring the overall stability of the product.
  7. Performance Testing: Collaborate with performance testing teams to assess and enhance the software’s responsiveness, scalability, and overall performance.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to QA, automation, AI, and ML. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and testing processes, ensuring clear and organized records.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, address issues, and contribute to the enhancement of product quality.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in manual and automation testing, with a focus on Python, Selenium, AI, and ML integration.
  2. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
    • Strong experience in test case development and execution using Python and Selenium.
    • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
  4. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to systematically assess software functionality and identify potential issues.
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements, multitask effectively, and manage priorities.
  7. Remote Work: Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.
