Position: QA (Manual/Automation)

Greetings from Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment! We are currently hiring for the position of QA (Manual/Automation) with a minimum experience of 2+ years. This role is based in Surat and requires immediate availability. If you have the required experience and skills.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in user story analysis and collaborate in defining acceptance criteria, including non-functional requirements.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work as a member of an agile scrum team, actively participating in all aspects of the software development life cycle.
- Utilize testing tools for defect tracking and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with the development team.
- Investigate and recommend process improvements, actively participating in regular retrospective meetings to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot issues in various testing environments, identifying and resolving defects and ensuring smooth testing processes.
- Document test efforts and results, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of testing activities. Communicate findings to the project manager, developers, and QA team as required.
- Ensure that all tasks worked on during the day are updated on a daily basis to the DevOps team, maintaining clear and transparent communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in QA, with proficiency in both Manual and Automation testing.
- Strong understanding of user story analysis and defining acceptance criteria.
- Proven experience in preparing and executing comprehensive test plans.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, specifically working in an agile scrum environment.
- Proficiency in using testing tools for defect tracking and issue resolution.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve defects in various testing environments.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate test efforts and results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking opportunities for process enhancement.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
