As a QA Engineer – Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure the successful completion of software testing projects.
2. Design and implement effective test strategies, test plans, and test cases for various software applications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to define and validate requirements.
4. Conduct thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
5. Develop and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
6. Identify and report software defects, track and verify their resolution.
7. Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to quality assurance and testing.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve the QA processes and enhance overall product quality.
10. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in API testing using tools like Postman.
4. Proficient in test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.
5. Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
6. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
7. Ability to lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
11. Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools is a plus.
