Position: QA Engineer – Manual Testing
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

As part of our expansion plans, we are currently seeking experienced and skilled QA Engineers with expertise in manual testing to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and design documents.
- Conduct manual testing activities to identify defects, verify fixes, and ensure software functionality meets specified requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects and inconsistencies, utilizing appropriate bug tracking tools and following established processes.
- Perform thorough regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of software applications after changes or enhancements.
- Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide valuable input and identify potential areas of improvement.
- Continuously enhance and refine testing methodologies, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and track software quality metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in manual testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a QA Engineer or Manual Tester, with at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in designing and executing manual test cases and test scripts.
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools, such as JIRA or Bugzilla, and test management tools.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- ISTQB certification or any relevant testing certifications would be an advantage.
