Position: QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and app platforms.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs and defects to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and designers, to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software updates and changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on test results, defects, and overall quality metrics.
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights for product improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Proven experience in testing web, mobile, and app platforms.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in test case management tools, bug tracking systems, and test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Work Environment: This position is based in our office location and follows a Work From Office (WFO) mode.
