Position: QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill client requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify functionality, performance, and security of the software.
- Perform regression testing to identify and report defects, track their resolution, and ensure proper closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand project requirements and validate software functionality.
- Participate in test estimation, test planning, and test strategy activities to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
- Identify opportunities for test automation and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Conduct API testing to validate the integration and communication between different software components.
- Continuously improve testing processes by implementing best practices, automation frameworks, and innovative techniques.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper defect resolution and provide feedback on software quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in software testing and quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, focusing on manual testing and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with API testing and understanding of RESTful API principles.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and report software defects.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Ability to work in a general work shift and handle multiple tasks with competing priorities.
- Immediate to 2-week notice period availability.
