We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team at ZeroZilla Pvt. Ltd., a leading software development company based in Bangalore. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing to identify defects and ensure the functionality, usability, and reliability of our software applications.
• Perform UI testing to guarantee a seamless and intuitive user experience across different platforms.
• Conduct API testing using Postman to validate the functionality and integration of APIs.
• Utilize your database knowledge to test and verify data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct thorough testing of mobile apps to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to identify and resolve issues.
• Document and report defects, track their progress, and ensure their timely resolution.
• Continuously improve and implement effective testing strategies, tools, and processes to enhance overall quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a QA Engineer, with 4-8 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and techniques.
• Strong experience in UI testing to ensure consistent user experiences.
• Solid understanding of API testing using tools like Postman.
• In-depth knowledge of databases and the ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience in testing mobile applications on different platforms (iOS and Android).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
