Position: QA Engineer
Hexaview Technologies Inc. is hiring for the position of QA Engineer. We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 6+ years of experience in automation testing, manual testing, JavaScript, and API testing. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be willing to work in the 6 am to 3 pm IST shift. Immediate to 2 weeks’ notice period is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans for complex software applications.
- Perform automation testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks, with a focus on JavaScript.
- Conduct manual testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of software products.
- Conduct API testing to validate the integration and functionality of APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug-tracking system.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Provide regular updates on test progress and quality metrics.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the QA team.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in QA testing.
- Strong experience in automation testing, including proficiency in JavaScript.
- Proficiency in manual testing and API testing.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work in the 6 am to 3 pm IST shift.
- Immediate to 2 weeks’ notice period.
