Position: QA Automation & Manual
Locations: Gurgaon, Bangalore
Antino, a leading technology company specializing in software solutions, is currently seeking a talented QA Automation & Manual Engineer to join our team in either Gurgaon or Bangalore. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in both automation and manual testing to contribute to our projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform both automation and manual testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects, bugs, and inconsistencies in the software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand project requirements and ensure effective test coverage.
- Write and execute test cases and test scripts to validate the software’s performance, functionality, and usability.
- Participate in test planning, test estimation, and test strategy discussions.
- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document and track defects using defect tracking tools and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide accurate and timely test reports, including test execution status, defect reports, and overall project quality metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation and manual testing to bring innovative approaches and solutions.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in both automation and manual testing.
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Proficiency in designing and executing automated test scripts.
- Experience in conducting functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
