Position: Mobile Application Testing Specialist
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Skills Required:
- Mobile Test Automation using Selenium, Appium, XCTest, Calabash for Android and iOS (Must have)

Job Description:
TEKsystems, a leading global provider of IT staffing and services, is currently seeking a Mobile Application Testing Specialist to join our team for one of our product-based clients. If you have a strong background in mobile test automation, API performance testing, and app load testing, along with programming skills in Java and experience with iOS and Android development tools, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mobile test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, XCTest, and Calabash for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Perform API performance testing using JMeter and/or Postman, ensuring the reliability and responsiveness of the application’s backend services.
- Conduct app load testing using JMeter to assess the application’s performance under heavy user loads.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and identify test scenarios and test cases.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process.
- Execute test cases, identify and report defects, and track their resolution to ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and compatibility of the application with various mobile devices and platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest mobile testing trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile application testing.
- Strong expertise in mobile test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, XCTest, and Calabash for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Experience in API performance testing using JMeter and/or Postman.
- Proficiency in app load testing using JMeter.
- Strong programming skills in Java and familiarity with Python or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of iOS development tools, including XCode and Interface Builder.
- Knowledge of Android development tools, including Android Studio and Gradle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
