Position: QA Manual Tester

Job Summary: As a QA Manual Tester, you will be responsible for executing manual testing activities to ensure the quality of our software applications. You will work closely with the development team to understand project requirements, develop test cases, and perform various types of testing. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and create test cases.
- Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing of software applications.
- Document and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide valuable input from a QA perspective.
- Generate test reports and provide timely updates on test progress and issues to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for test process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a QA Manual Tester or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and processes.
- Knowledge of test case design and test execution techniques.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems and test management tools.
- Experience in functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and isolate defects.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
