Position: Manual Testing Expert
Locations: Cochin, Trivandrum, Chennai, Bangalore

As part of our growth plans, we are seeking experienced Manual Testing Experts to join our teams in Cochin, Trivandrum, Chennai, and Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end manual testing activities to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Execute test cases, record test results, and identify and report software defects in a timely manner.
- Work with QA leads and project managers to plan and prioritize testing activities based on project timelines and objectives.
- Use tools such as Soap UI, Postman, and Groovy Scripting to perform API testing and automate test scripts.
- Continuously enhance and optimize manual testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior testers, providing support and sharing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in manual testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in manual testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Proficiency in using testing tools such as Soap UI, Postman, and Groovy Scripting for API testing.
- Extensive experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using defect management tools.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Immediate availability or notice period of up to 30 days.
