Position: Manual Testing

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions.
• Write comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for module, integration, and system testing.
• Execute test cases and document test results, including defects and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in test design reviews to ensure test cases align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand the functional and technical aspects of the software solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in manual testing.
• Identify and report defects using established defect tracking systems.
• Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software solutions after changes or enhancements.
• Participate in the validation of smart devices, including testing their functionality and performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide clear and concise reports on test progress, defects, and overall quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address any concerns or issues during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
• Basic understanding of automation testing concepts and tools.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to write comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Experience in module, integration, and system testing.
• Familiarity with defect tracking systems and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prior experience in testing smart devices will be preferred.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
