Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your 5 to 8 years of experience to conduct comprehensive manual testing of software applications.
  • Showcase your expertise in Manual Testing to verify software functionalities and identify defects.
  • Leverage your strong understanding of JavaScript to contribute to testing web applications and their interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and designers.
  • Apply your analytical skills to identify and communicate defects clearly and effectively.
  • Contribute to test plan and test case development to ensure thorough coverage of software features.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to ensure testability of functionalities.
  • Promote a culture of quality within the team, emphasizing the importance of software excellence.
  • Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and resolve identified defects.
  • Provide insights and feedback on software usability and user experience from a testing perspective.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement in testing processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in manual testing roles.
  • Expertise in Manual Testing, with the ability to create and execute test cases.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, enabling you to evaluate web application functionalities.
  • A strong eye for detail, with the ability to identify and communicate defects effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, essential for team interactions.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Competencies (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with software automation tools and frameworks.
  • Previous experience in automation testing.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or similar.
