As a Senior Test Lead/Manager at Indium Software, you will be responsible for leading and managing the testing efforts for various projects. You will be working with a team of 30+ members and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: Lead and manage testing projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of 30+ testing professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Manual Testing: Utilize your 9 to 12 years of experience in manual testing to design and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Mobile Application Testing: Conduct testing of mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms, identifying defects and ensuring seamless functionality.
- Test Strategy: Design and implement test strategies, including test planning, test execution, and defect management.
- Test Reporting: Generate comprehensive test reports, providing insights and recommendations to project stakeholders and management.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that software products meet high-quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
- Shift Flexibility: Be flexible with shifts to accommodate project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 9 to 12 years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on mobile application testing.
- Proven experience in project management and team handling, supervising 30+ team members.
- Expertise in testing mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in test planning, test execution, and defect management processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey test results and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Agile development environments.
