Job Description

Performance test engineer

Minimum 6yrs of experience in building and maintaining performance testing solutions and driving performance testing initiatives.
Develop a project Test Strategy to set the standards for performance testing processes and activities
Performing analysis of test results and recommend performance bottlenecks.
Hands-on experience in JMeter tool.
Hands on experience in Performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, Grafana.
Work with Agile team members across organization
Ability to build, debug and enhance scripts or automate performance test processes will be an added advantage
Work with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure that all aspects of the system have proper testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance and quality
May coach, lead and mentor other team members
Conduct analysis and interpret test results
