Position: QA Engineer Testing

Hexaview Technologies Inc. is a leading technology solutions provider specializing in software development and quality assurance services. We are currently seeking an experienced QA Engineer Testing to join our dynamic team. This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for candidates with a total work experience of 6+ years in the field of QA testing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Conduct API testing to validate the integrity and functionality of APIs.
• Identify and report software defects and track them to resolution.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Continuously improve and optimize the QA process and methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to enhance the overall testing efficiency.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in both manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using JavaScript.
• Experience with API testing and understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the development team and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
