Responsibilities:

As a Manual QA professional at Net2Source Inc., you will be responsible for the following:

1. Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure product quality and adherence to specified requirements.
2. Understand and analyze project requirements to develop effective test cases and test plans.
3. Execute test cases and document test results accurately and comprehensively.
4. Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand project requirements and provide input on testability.
6. Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution of defects.
7. Provide timely and accurate updates on test progress and defects to project stakeholders.
8. Contribute to the improvement of the QA process by suggesting process enhancements and best practices.
9. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software testing and actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

1. Freshers with a similar background in manual testing are encouraged to apply.
2. Strong understanding of manual testing concepts and methodologies.
3. Good knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes.
4. Familiarity with test case development and execution.
5. Basic understanding of defect tracking tools.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
