- ETL Testing: Conduct comprehensive ETL testing to validate data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to transformation processes.
- Test Planning: Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements and business logic.
- Test Execution: Execute test cases, meticulously document test results, and identify and report defects or issues.
- Data Validation: Ensure data completeness, correctness, and consistency across various data sources and targets.
- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that changes or enhancements to ETL processes do not introduce defects.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to evaluate the efficiency and scalability of ETL processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 to 9 years of proven experience in Quality Engineering, with a focus on ETL testing.
- Strong knowledge of ETL concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in ETL testing tools and SQL for data validation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
