Key Responsibilities:

As an Automation Testing + API professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Quality Assurance (Test Automation): Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
2. Rest Assured API Automation: Create and execute API automation scripts using Rest Assured to verify the functionality and performance of APIs.
3. Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to evaluate system responsiveness, scalability, and stability.
4. ETL Testing: Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
5. SQL Proficiency: Utilize SQL queries for data validation, manipulation, and testing.
6. Selenium and Cucumber: Use Selenium and Cucumber for web application automation and behavior-driven development.
7. TestNG and Java: Leverage TestNG and Java for test case management and automation.
8. Cloud Skills: Apply your knowledge of AWS for cloud-based testing and deployment.
9. API and Microservices: Work with APIs and microservices to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
10. Tools: Utilize tools such as Jira, Jenkins, and Github for test management, continuous integration, and version control.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience: A total of 6-10 years of experience in the field of software testing and test automation.
• API Automation: Proficiency in Rest Assured API Automation and hands-on experience with API testing.
• Performance Testing: Experience in performance testing to assess system scalability and responsiveness.
• ETL Testing: Familiarity with ETL testing processes and data validation.
• SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills for data validation, data manipulation, and testing.
• Automation Tools: Proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, and Java for test automation.
• Behavior Driven Development (BDD): Understanding of BDD principles and practices.
• Cloud Skills: Knowledge of AWS and its application in testing and deployment.
• Tools: Experience with Jira for test management, Jenkins for continuous integration, and Github for version control.
• API and Microservices: Understanding of API and microservices architecture.
