- ETL Testing: Plan, design, and execute ETL testing strategies, test cases, and test scripts to validate data accuracy and integrity.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and discrepancies.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and scripting languages to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that data integration processes continue to function correctly after changes or enhancements.
- Large Data Sets: Work with large and complex data sets, ensuring thorough testing and validation.
- Defect Reporting: Identify and report defects and issues, collaborate with development teams to facilitate resolution, and track defect status to closure.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to resolve data-related issues and optimize ETL processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in ETL testing and data quality assurance.
- Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in ETL testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and data validation.
- Experience in test automation using industry-standard testing tools.
- Data Exposure: Familiarity with working with large data sets, data analysis, and data profiling.
- Notice Period: Maximum notice period of 30 days.
