As an ETL Tester at The Glove, your responsibilities will include:
- ETL Testing: Execute end-to-end testing of ETL processes to validate data transformations, data quality, and data integration.
- Unix Expertise: Utilize your Unix skills to navigate and interact with data processing systems.
- SQL Proficiency: Write and execute complex SQL queries to verify data integrity and perform data validation.
- Data Validation: Validate and verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and rectify data quality issues.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that data-related changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills and Experience:
- 4.5-6.5 years of professional experience in ETL Testing.
- Strong expertise in ETL Testing methodologies and processes.
- Proficiency in Unix for data-related tasks.
- Solid understanding of SQL for data validation and querying.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
