1. ETL Test Engineer (3-5 years of experience)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development and testing teams to understand ETL requirements.
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL processes.
- Execute test cases, document results, and track defects to resolution.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and report defects, issues, and risks in a timely manner.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in regression testing and automated testing efforts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the testing process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in ETL testing.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of test automation tools is a plus.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
2. Scrum Master (3-7 years of experience)
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments and ensure the team’s progress towards sprint goals.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the backlog.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Monitor and report team progress and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of software development processes and tools.
- Experience with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools is a plus.
