Greetings from Teamware Solutions, a division of Quantum Leap Consulting Pvt. Ltd. We are currently looking for experienced professionals to join our Testing Services team. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in testing, sound knowledge of testing methodologies, and expertise in the US eCommerce domain, we invite you to apply for this position. The role is based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, and the notice period should be immediate to 30 days.

Job Description:

As a Testing Services professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications. Your role will involve working on testing projects in the US eCommerce domain, with a focus on Order Management Systems (OMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, web and mobile applications, and compatibility testing. You should possess hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and be able to understand and describe retail/eCommerce flows in detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Testing Methodologies and Processes: Apply your sound knowledge of testing methodologies and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Collaborate with the team to identify testing requirements and establish effective testing strategies.
  • US eCommerce Domain: Utilize your hands-on experience in the US eCommerce domain to understand business processes and requirements. Apply this knowledge to design and execute tests that cover end-to-end eCommerce flows, with a specific focus on Order Management Systems (OMS).
  • Order Management Systems (OMS): Possess working experience in OMS and understand its functionalities and processes. Design and execute tests to ensure the accurate processing and fulfillment of orders. Identify and report any issues or deviations from expected results.
  • POS Systems: Demonstrate proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and their testing. Develop test scenarios and test cases to validate the functionality and usability of POS systems. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve any issues.
  • Web and Mobile Application Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of web and mobile applications to ensure their functionality, usability, and compatibility. Verify the application’s performance across different browsers, operating systems, and devices. Report and track any identified defects or issues.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC): Possess hands-on experience in testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Develop and execute tests to validate SFCC functionalities, such as product catalog management, cart and checkout flows, promotions, and integrations.
  • Retail/eCommerce Flows: Demonstrate a deep understanding of retail/eCommerce flows and their associated processes. Document and communicate these flows in detail, both internally and to clients. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Efficiently communicate with different stakeholders and customers to discuss project topics and provide status updates. Collaborate effectively with team members and project stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Display strong analytical ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues. Conduct root cause analysis and propose effective solutions. Demonstrate a proactive approach in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Automation Testing (Good to have): Possess experience in automation testing, particularly using Selenium. Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tester.
  • Sound knowledge of testing methodologies and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with the US eCommerce domain, particularly in OMS.
  • Well-versed in POS systems and their testing.
  • Experience in web and mobile application testing, including compatibility testing.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
  • Strong understanding of retail/eCommerce flows.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written) to effectively interact with stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong analytical ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Good to have experience in Hybris in relation to the eCommerce domain.
  • Good to have experience in automation testing using Selenium.
