Position: Sr. Automation QA (Dynamic 365)

Location: Mumbai, India

Overview: proMX, a leading software development company in Mumbai, is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Automation QA Engineer with expertise in Dynamic 365. As a Sr. Automation QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in handling and supporting the testing of solutions developed by our team and testing the implemented Dynamics 365 for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a test engineer, with a strong focus on quality assurance and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Responsibilities:

  • Handle and support the testing of solutions developed by the proMX team and test the implemented Dynamics 365 for our customers.
  • Be involved throughout the entire development life cycle, from requirements definition to product delivery, ensuring high-quality software.
  • Work as a member of a cross-functional agile team, with a focus on quality assurance of customer products and in-house development.
  • Design, develop, and execute maintainable automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Research, recommend, and implement tools and processes to increase automation and test coverage, improving overall efficiency.
  • Work independently, raise issues, and take corrective action to ensure the timely resolution of defects and other testing-related challenges.
  • Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps, Git, and Selenium for effective test planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Collaborate effectively with global team members, maintaining excellent communication and coordination throughout the testing process.
  • Program in languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python to develop automation scripts and enhance testing capabilities.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of CI/CD strategies and build pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a test engineer, preferably with expertise in Dynamic 365.
  • Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps, Git, and Selenium for test planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, with proficiency in programming languages like C#, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD strategies, build pipelines, and related technologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with global team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to independently identify and address testing issues and challenges.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a cross-functional agile team, contributing to the overall success of the project.
  • ISTQB or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
