Best Mobile For YouRole and Responsibilities: As a QA Automation Tester at Qburst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Developing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
- Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing defects, and working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to ensure high-quality code.
- Analyzing test results, generating test reports, and providing insights to stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA and test automation.
Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in QA testing, with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for test automation.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and test execution.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
