Position: Principal QA (Automation Engineer)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your deep understanding of modern QA practices and technologies to drive the quality assurance efforts of our organization.
• Hands-on Automation Testing: Perform automation testing using coding languages such as Java and Python.
• Automation Frameworks: Utilize frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Protractor, and Mobile test automation frameworks like Appium.
• Agile Testing Methodologies: Apply your strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
• Test Planning and Design: Implement best practices for test planning and test case design, ensuring comprehensive coverage of software functionality.
• Test Automation: Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts to streamline testing processes.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the testing process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of modern QA practices and technologies.
• Proven hands-on experience in automation testing using coding languages such as Java and Python.
• Proficiency in automation testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Protractor, and Mobile test automation frameworks like Appium.
• Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in test planning, test case design, and test automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
