Position :Mid-level Tester (Manual + Automation)

Position Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-level Tester to join our team in Bangalore. As a Mid-level Tester, you will be responsible for manual and automation testing activities across various projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This is a full-time position requiring 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Strong expertise in both manual and automation testing, including the ability to design, develop, and execute test cases.
- Experience in test case design at different levels, such as component/service, integration, end-to-end, and user scenarios.
- Proficiency in non-functional testing, depending on the role, including performance, security, and usability testing.
- In-depth experience in all facets of testing, from test planning to execution, functional testing, and system integration testing (SIT).
- Familiarity with DevOps operations and integration of testing processes and tools within the DevOps framework.
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile Management Framework and Iterative Waterfall, and the ability to apply best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to focus and prioritize tasks, and solve complex technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, enabling smooth collaboration with business analysts and other team members.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Motivated self-starter with a natural curiosity and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Skills:
- Test planning: Proficiency in developing test plans, including test objectives, scope, and approach.
- Test implementation: Ability to design and implement test strategies and test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Test execution: Experience in executing test cases, documenting test results, and identifying and reporting defects.
- Test management: Familiarity with test management tools and the ability to effectively utilize them for test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Test documentation: Strong documentation skills to create clear and concise test artifacts, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Test analysis: Ability to analyze test results and identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
- Test automation: Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, to automate test cases and improve testing efficiency.
- Test environment setup: Experience in setting up and configuring test environments to ensure accurate and reliable testing.
- Agile methodology: Familiarity with Agile principles and practices, including iterative development, continuous integration, and delivery.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
