Position: QA Engineer

Zoho Corp, a leading global technology company, is seeking experienced and talented QA Engineers to join our team. As a QA Engineer at Zoho Corp, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous manual and automation testing. We have multiple openings for this role in Chennai, Salem, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli, and Madurai.

Responsibilities:

Perform manual and automation testing to ensure the quality of our software products.
Utilize Java programming knowledge to write test scripts and perform various testing activities.
Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming concepts such as data types, variables, operators, flow control statements, methods (built-in as well as user-defined), exception handling, file handling, database operations, and OOPS concepts.
Apply your experience in MySQL/PgSQL for database testing and validation.
Utilize Selenium and JMeter to perform automation testing and measure performance.
Create large data sets to conduct rigorous testing and validate information flow through the system.
Assist developers, support representatives, and product managers in debugging and resolving issues.
Re-test and verify bugs and issues that have been fixed, ensuring their successful resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Continuously enhance and improve the testing processes and methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in software testing techniques.
Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Previous experience in manual and automation testing.
Strong knowledge and experience in Java programming.
Proficiency in MySQL/PgSQL for database testing.
Experience working with Selenium and JMeter for automation and performance testing.
Ability to create large data sets for testing purposes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meticulously validate information flow.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
